Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Optional toppings: granola, sliced almonds, extra strawberries, coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract in a jar or bowl.
  2. Fold in cream cheese and chopped strawberries evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
