- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- Optional toppings: granola, sliced almonds, extra strawberries, coconut flakes
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract in a jar or bowl.
- Fold in cream cheese and chopped strawberries evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Stir well and add toppings before serving.
