- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp butter, for cooking
- Powdered sugar, optional for serving
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on bread slices, top with sliced strawberries.
- Roll tightly, dip in egg mixture, then coat with cinnamon-sugar.
- Cook in a buttered skillet over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
