- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until soft dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 12–15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
- Top cooled cookies with whipped cream and diced strawberries. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
