- 6 cups baby spinach, washed and dried
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup sliced almonds or pecans, lightly toasted
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Wash and dry spinach. Hull and slice strawberries. Thinly slice red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt.
- Combine spinach, strawberries, onions, nuts, and feta in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing and toss gently. Serve immediately.
