- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/4 cup sprinkles
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate, butter, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, sugar cookie mix, and salt.
- Fold in optional sprinkles or nuts.
- Pour into prepared pan, smooth the top, and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Lift out fudge and cut into squares. Serve immediately or store as directed.
Notes
- For extra creamy fudge, stir gently while melting chocolate and allow fudge to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting.
