Description

Creamy, buttery fudge infused with the classic flavor of sugar cookies. Easy to make, slice, and serve—perfect for holidays, gifts, or cozy snacks.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate, butter, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, sugar cookie mix, and salt.
  4. Fold in optional sprinkles or nuts.
  5. Pour into prepared pan, smooth the top, and refrigerate 2 hours.
  6. Lift out fudge and cut into squares. Serve immediately or store as directed.

Notes

  •  For extra creamy fudge, stir gently while melting chocolate and allow fudge to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting.
