- 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
- ¾ cup toffee bits
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the semisweet and milk chocolate chips with the butter in a microwave-safe bowl using 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the peanuts and toffee bits, folding until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
- Let clusters set at room temperature, or chill for 20 minutes for faster firming.
