These quick and cozy toffee peanut clusters bring together rich melted chocolate, crunchy peanuts, and buttery toffee bits for a treat that feels like it came straight from a candy shop.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups salted or lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
  • ¾ cup toffee bits
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semisweet and milk chocolate chips with the butter in a microwave-safe bowl using 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the peanuts and toffee bits, folding until fully coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
  6. Let clusters set at room temperature, or chill for 20 minutes for faster firming.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
