- 3 tbsp butter

- 1 cup celery, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried sage
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup milk or half-and-half
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Sauté onion, celery, and carrots in butter until softened, adding garlic at the end.
- Mix turkey, dressing, sautéed vegetables, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Stir in broth and milk, then transfer to the casserole dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers and dot with butter.
- Cover and bake 25–30 minutes, then uncover and bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
