Description

A light, airy, and protein-packed dessert that’s easy to make and perfect as a post-workout snack or guilt-free chocolate treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond)
  • 12 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: berries, nuts, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Measure all ingredients. Chill milk for best results.
  2. Whip mixture: Combine protein powder, cocoa, salt, milk, and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until soft peaks form (2–4 mins). Adjust sweetener to taste.
  3. Serve & enjoy: Spoon into bowls. Add optional toppings. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
