- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond)
- 1–2 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: berries, nuts, mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Measure all ingredients. Chill milk for best results.
- Whip mixture: Combine protein powder, cocoa, salt, milk, and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until soft peaks form (2–4 mins). Adjust sweetener to taste.
- Serve & enjoy: Spoon into bowls. Add optional toppings. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
