Description

Soft, moist White Wedding Cupcakes with classic vanilla flavor and elegant frosting. Perfect for weddings, showers, or any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Optional: edible pearls or sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until combined.
  3. Fill liners 2/3 full, bake 18–22 minutes, and cool completely. Frost with buttercream and decorate as desired.
