Ingredients

1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

½ cup blueberries

½ cup sliced strawberries

1 tbsp chia seeds

Dash of cinnamon

Optional: 1 tsp honey (omit for lower sugar)


Instructions

Scoop the Greek yogurt into a bowl.

Stir in cinnamon and optional honey.

Top with blueberries, strawberries, and chia seeds.

Enjoy immediately or chill for 15 minutes for a thicker texture.

Notes

Swap in raspberries or blackberries for variety.

To boost protein further, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
