Hi, I’m Angie – and I’m so glad you’re here! I love cooking simple, easy, and delicious meals for my family, and I’m passionate about sharing those recipes with you.

How It All Started?
My love for cooking started when I was just 10 years old, learning by my mom’s side in the kitchen. She was the kind of home cook who always had a warm meal on the table, using what we had and making it taste amazing. Most of our ingredients came straight from my dad’s garden, which was full of everything you could imagine—tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, all types of peppers, and more. We canned, jarred, and froze what we grew, and that resourceful, hands-on way of cooking stuck with me.

Now as an adult, I still carry those traditions. Every year, I try to grow some of the same vegetables in my own garden. There’s nothing like the satisfaction of creating a meal from food you’ve grown yourself.

Family First—Always
My family means the world to me. My husband, Thomas, and I love exploring small towns together—our favorite so far is Sedona, Arizona, where we hike the beautiful red rock trails and recharge in nature.

We have three amazing kids:

Daniel (14) – always hungry and always honest about my recipes.

Eliana (19) – my creative sidekick in the kitchen.

Alina (27) – she used to struggle with obesity due to fast food, but she’s now thriving on a protein-rich, whole-food lifestyle. Her transformation inspires me daily.

The way we eat has become a family affair—everyone contributes, tests recipes, and shares feedback. It’s made this journey so much more meaningful.

And of course, there’s Lola, our 4-year-old Beagle. She is such a sweet dog but a professional food thief, a begger, and a blanket hog. She brings laughter and love to our home (and occasionally steals a bite during photo shoots!).
