Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until fully integrated.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Add the sugar and mix well.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
