- 4 cups fresh blueberries (or 2 cups frozen blueberries)
- 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk (whole or 2% preferred)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the blueberries, 1/2 cup of sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar in another bowl.
- Pour in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow the cobbler to cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
