Description

A delicious blend of creamy cheese, shredded chicken, and zesty buffalo sauce wrapped in warm tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, crumbled blue cheese, or extra buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon about a cup of the chicken mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  5. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
  6. Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking dish and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For healthier options, consider using whole-grain tortillas, low-fat cream cheese, or adding more vegetables to the filling.
