- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, crumbled blue cheese, or extra buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon about a cup of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
- Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking dish and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For healthier options, consider using whole-grain tortillas, low-fat cream cheese, or adding more vegetables to the filling.
