Quick and delicious cheesy garlic chicken wraps bursting with flavor, perfect for lunch or dinner.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
- Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves for color and nutrition.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll the tortilla from bottom to top to create a tight wrap.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with olive oil or cooking spray. Place the wrap seam-side down into the skillet.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- Remove the wrap from the skillet and let it rest for a minute before cutting it in half.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley (if using) and serve hot.
Notes
For a vegan version, use jackfruit or tofu, and replace cheese with a dairy-free alternative.
