- 1 cup cottage cheese (drain excess liquid)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar, mozzarella, or Pepper Jack)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped herbs (like chives or parsley) for garnish
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper for added heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Scoop small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Flatten each dollop with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle optional ingredients like cayenne pepper or chopped herbs on each chip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown and the middle feels firm.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before removing and enjoying.
Notes
For healthier options, use low-fat cottage cheese or add nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor without added fat.
