  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, and sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden, about 4–5 minutes. Remove chicken.
