Instructions

  1. Cream the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Incorporate the vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the cranberries, white chocolate chips, and nuts if using.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Drop cookie dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
