Instructions

- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Incorporate the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the cranberries, white chocolate chips, and nuts if using.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop cookie dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
