Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk the egg in a shallow dish until well beaten. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and the coating is crispy and golden.
