- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 large egg
- Olive oil or cooking spray for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk the egg in a shallow dish until well beaten. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each shrimp into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and the coating is crispy and golden.
