- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
- Start by rinsing your chicken breasts under cold water and patting them dry. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Drizzle the olive oil in your crockpot. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot, laying them flat.
- Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken.
- Pour the heavy cream over the top of the chicken and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over everything.
- Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
- Stir in the chopped fresh basil about 30 minutes before serving.
