  • Burger buns (whole wheat or gluten-free if desired)
  • Lettuce, tomato, avocado, and red onion for toppings
  • Extra ranch dressing for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat, oiling the grates or skillet lightly.
  2. Combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, breadcrumbs, and the egg in a large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix gently.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making a small indentation in the center of each one.
