  • Fresh basil leaves (preferably sweet basil)
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese (bocconcini or regular)
  • Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the fresh bread into 1-inch thick pieces.
