- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Combine the cooked, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the milk along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Fold in one cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Combine the crushed crackers or chips with the remaining cheddar cheese in a separate bowl, then sprinkle over the casserole.
