Ingredients

  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
