- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 2 cups white rice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Red bell pepper, toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice in salted water until fluffy.
- Season chicken, then sauté in oil until golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, pineapple, soy sauce, and honey; simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Serve over rice, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
