Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare your asparagus and carrots, snapping off woody ends from the asparagus and cutting the carrots into sticks.
- Combine the asparagus and carrots in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; toss until well-coated.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
